| Purpose | Our aim is to assist isolated older adults and groups for people who have a diagnosis of dementia by provide person centered, age appropriate activities. Our groups reduce social isolation, improve physical and mental wellbeing and keep service users in their own homes for longer. |
| Services | We offer adult social groups for isolated older adults and groups for people who have a diagnosis of dementia. We provide person centered, age appropriate activities in a structured day, where our care staff support a variety of needs and abilities. We offer a 2 course, hot meal at lunchtime. Transport can be provided. Our aim is to reduce social isolation, improve physical and mental wellbeing and keep service users in their own homes for longer. We provide activities such as chair based exercises, reminiscence sessions, singing, craft and baking. We also provide a Walking and Activities group. |
