| Purpose | Sunshine and Shade provide community support groups, who meet regularly to provide consideration, motivate self-care, to help normalise feelings and give opportunity for community connections following bereavement. The free, accessible groups meet monthly from the following locations; Clay Cross, Grassmoor, Town Centre. The groups are supported by volunteer facilitators, who freely give their time, energy, expertise and experience. Sunshine and Shade also provides prearranged talks on Loss, Grief and Bereavement to various community groups In partnership, Sunshine and Shade also offers opportunity to its local citizens to mark and remember loved ones in meaningful grassroots community led initiatives. |
