| Purpose | Our aim is to promote an awareness of alternative and complementary therapies that supports wellness within communities that suffer inequalities across the Chesterfield and North East Derbyshire. In particular through the use of various therapies and educational workshops, to reduce stress, affirm positive thinking and improve mental health and wellbeing. |
