Purpose

Our purpose is to improve people's mental health, create social connectedness and reduce isolation in a safe environment.
We are a mental health peer support group that uses mindfulness photography to look after people's mental health and wellbeing.
This approach helps to build self esteem and social confidence which in turn helps support positive mental health and wellbeing.
Services

We provide a safe place to talk to help with mental health, we also go out taking photos in the local area every Tuesday when we meet up. We also have day trips to places further afield to help build confidence in going to new places.
We have a private Facebook group that is locked off to the wider world and is for members only.
We also have a chat group for those who want to connect out of times we meet up.
We have a minimum of 1-1.30hrs gentle exercise as we walk and take photos.

Opening Times Every Tuesday from 10.00am - 1pm. 11am - 12ish we go out taking photos then back for a cuppa and chat from 12pm - 1pm.
Meeting Place We hold the group at The Hub @ Low Pavement and then go out and about around the local area taking photos.
