| Purpose | We are a mental health peer support in the community where we use our lived in experience, training, creativity and photography to support individuals in empowering themselves to thrive. We have weekly meetup for support and photography support walk, breakfast club in chesterfield and confidence building trips and Fortnightly meetup for support in Clay Cross. We support individuals in enabling themselves to build self-esteem, social confidence, confidence while equipping them to build resilience to maintain their mental health and wellbeing. We are helping towards tackling loneliness and isolation and also support individuals in reconnecting with others. |
| Services | We have weekly meetup Tuesdays 10am to 1pm at the hub low pavements, go out on a photography support walk at 11am till 12ish, 12pm to 1pm further support and a cuppa, breakfast club at a local cafe 10.30am and confidence building trips monthly/bimonthly Fortnightly support in clay cross, snap and chat 10am to 12pm, meet in the foyer of clay cross Tesco's set off on hour support walk at 10.15am to 11.15am, we are here to support individuals 17+ everyone is welcome, our purpose is to support individuals with their mental health wellbeing. We have exhibitions of our groups photography and art work to help build confidence and self-esteem. |
