| Purpose | We want every child, young person, and vulnerable adult to have a future based on their skills, not their situation. We offer a variety of initiatives, including well-being support, to develop the skills required to recognise aspirations, develop confidence to articulate these, and work towards achieving their goals. This support is fundamental to the success of careers related interventions, ensuring learners can engage fully with the opportunities provided with the main aim of strengthening social mobility for all beneficiaries. |
