Description Elephant Rooms has a community building where we have established a communal therapeutic space in which a range of classes, body based and talking therapies, workshops and support groups focussed on physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing are available for all. Integrated with our holistic approach to health and wellbeing is a focus on mental health. Elephant Rooms has been set up to provide a welcoming, tranquil, non-clinical and calming environment. Our focus is on relaxation and comfort and to provide a safe space. We have an open-door policy for people to come in, help themselves to a drink and find a quiet corner to relax in. We operate a book library and an honesty kitchen.
