Purpose he Caregiving Journey CIC provides support for those who are overwhelmed trying to balance caring for a vulnerable relative with their own work and personal lives.I provide workshops, private consultancy, group and one to one coaching.
Working with me individuals will learn how to set realistic boundaries, how to reduce stress, how to have courageous conversations and ultimately find realistic solutions to their problems.
