| Purpose | Blackwell Parish Council comprises of the villages of Blackwell, Hilcote, Newton and Westhouses, and the hamlet of Old Blackwell. The Council are also responsible for 3 charities which were set up for war memorials, playing fields and a community centre. We are trying to improve the local area and facilities for the community, which includes play grounds and sports equipment for children, community centres that provide vital groups and services for every age group, environmental projects and everything in between for a happy community. |
