| Eligibility Criteria | All that is needed is a reference from your Doctor saying you would benefit from light exercise or a discharge certificate from a Hospital Based exercise programme. |

| Service Costs | Membership is £5 per annum, plus a reduced rate admission to Sharley Park Leisure Centre. The Club raises funds for outings through a weekly prize draw with cash prizes. |
