Purpose We cover all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage and a Key Person is assigned to each child. We work on a ratio of 1 staff to 4 children aged 2 and 1 staff to 8 children aged 3+. We have a maximum capacity of 20 children per session and operate a waiting list system.
Services St Cuthbert's Pre-School Playgroup offers excellent childcare to children from 2 to 5 years old in a lovely village setting. We run from Doveridge Village Hall which has spacious indoor facilities and is situated next to the park which we use for fun outdoor play. We run a weekly transition session for our Rising 5’s at Doveridge Primary School.

We have a mature, well qualified team and have a 'Good’ grading from OFSTED (No.206865).

We are a registered Charity and run by an elected parent committee. The Playgroup is also a member of the Early Years Alliance.
