Purpose

1. to represent the residents of Newton in consultation with the Parish Council and other bodies
2. To strive to improve the quality of life for the residents
3. to raise funding to support projects to achieve 2 above.
The secretary attends the Blackwell Parish Council meetings and represents environmental issues relating to Newton residents. This lobbying highlights any concerns or wishes of the residents.
Quarterly reports on NCA's activities are on the agenda of BPC meetings.
