Purpose To support anyone suffering from Tinnitus to manage the condition. We support people by offering one to one support by phone, access to meetings (peer support) both face to face and online. We send out information packs, wellbeing magazines and resources. We also organise other wellbeing activities such as mindfulness and poetry workshops.
