| Purpose | Citizens Advice North East Derbyshire is a local charity providing free, confidential, and impartial advice to help people resolve a wide range of problems. We empower individuals to overcome challenges related to benefits, debt, employment, housing, energy, and more, while advocating for policy changes to address systemic issues. With a dedicated team of trained staff and volunteers, we deliver tailored support, improve digital inclusion, and promote mental well-being. Rooted in the heart of our community, we strive to create positive change and improve lives, ensuring everyone has the knowledge and confidence to find a way forward. |
| Services | We offer free, confidential, independent and impartial advice on a wide range of issues for people who live or work in the Districts of North East Derbyshire and Bolsover. We provide advice over the phone and in person at various locations across both districts. For local advice, telephone 0808 250 5702 Monday-Friday 9am-2pm.
