| Purpose | To influence service development across health and social services by representing the views of patients, service users and carers at the Derbyshire Health and Wellbeing Board. To enable people to share their views and concerns about their local health and social care services. To liaise with and alert local and national stakeholders of health and social care service concerns. To give authoritative, evidence based feedback to organisations responsible for commissioning or delivering local health and social care services. |

Seek the view of children, young people and adults and ensure their voices are being heard by commissioners and providers. Enter and view services to observe service delivery.
